I would create the Gentle Goddess Dietima (sounds Greek). 1) Make it in charge of something people already focus on. Something like eating too much fast food and dietary practices. You have millions of people who are in your target audience. 2)Make it easy for them to buy into the worship of your New God. 3)Make cool symbols, something people already know and see everywhere, and easy to draw and say. 4)You need an opposing force not necessarily an arch-enemy but an opposite perspective so that people can pick sides and fight over things. Think about it, is there anyone you know that isn't painfully aware of diets and dieting. 5)So when you die your reward, rivers flowing in chocolate and you won't gain an ounce to your body everyone will have that perfect shape.

i go to the pharmacy to pick it up and they tell me that the doctor has denied filling it saying to them, "prescription refill not appropriate".
i asked them what that means and they say you'll have to contact your doctor on that, sorry.

No Atheists in fox holes< I was faced with this dilemma last week, I had a stroke a Transient ischemic attack,a cerebral artery was temporally blocked. I was lucky my right hand went limp, no speech or vision problems. I was given a Cerebral Angiogram and they saw something in my brain, I knew it was serious when the doctor told me we have bad news....You had a stroke. I was thinking my birthday March-3 and this was Feb.-26, I will not be around for my 70th birthday. The procedure that will be performed your chances are better then driving on our freeways. Hell I live in southern Calif. and our freeways are very dangerous, so that wasn't very comforting....All went well, the blockage dissolved, I had a mini-stroke. How did I feel about facing death. I was OK..I believe I was more afraid of death when I was a JW...But one thing I must mention that was very moving, the calls that came in before the procedure. My friends and family knows how I feel about the Bible but they call to pray with me, my 24-25 year old nephew called and told me uncle I know how you feel about the bible I still would like to pray with you will that be alright, my golf friend called from out of state when he heard the news and he called to pray with me and the members in my senior music /guitar group called and one of the members also ask to pray with me. Their prayers were earnest request, so different from the prayers you here in the KH..I guess that 's why I say I'am a agnostic.. Not one word from my JW family members..My hand is 100%, I dodge the bullet my doctor told me...

we just had a city worker come a knocking on our front door and my responce after she left was, she should go down to the local kingdom haul and give lessons.

Hi Lois: Working with the CO. I worked nights (off 7am) so I would rush home because my day to work with the CO. So we walk up to a house of one of my co-workers that also worked nights, I told the CO the guys is probably sleeping he works the night shift. This CO turned to me and said,"what's more important, sleep or Jehovahs word.He banged on the door like the police. The guy finally came to the door in his pajamas, I never heard the last of that on the job.
